The Water Resources Reform and Development Act could see a vote on the House floor as early as next week, The Hill reports.

The bill, H.R. 3080, was introduced by Rep. Bill Shuster, R-Pa., on Sept. 11 and favorably reported out of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee on Sept. 19, but it stalled because of the government shutdown.

The Senate has already passed a version of the bill.
