U.S., Canadian Officials to Tout Keystone

Wed­nes­day’s North Amer­ic­an En­ergy Dia­logue at the Ca­na­dian Em­bassy will fea­ture plenty of pro-Key­stone voices, in­clud­ing House Nat­ur­al Re­sources Com­mit­tee Chair­man Doc Hast­ings, R-Wash., and Ca­na­dian Am­bas­sad­or to the U.S. Gary Doer, re­ports The Hill.

While the event will touch on a num­ber of en­ergy is­sues, ap­prov­al of the Key­stone XL pipeline is ex­pec­ted to be a fo­cus. Oth­er speak­ers, ac­cord­ing to the event’s Web page: Reps. Lee Terry, R-Neb., Cory Gard­ner, R-Colo., Ileana Ros-Le­htin­en, R-Fla., and Ed Whit­field, R-Ky.
