Gov. Chris Sununu (R) is joining the growing number of Republicans voicing their opposition to President Trump’s recently announced tariffs on steel and aluminium.
Benjamin Vihstadt, a spokesman for Sununu, said in a statement: “As the Granite State’s top trading partner, Canada plays an integral role in New Hampshire’s economy. Gov. Sununu does not support imposing tariffs on steel and aluminum.” (WMUR-TV)
