Here is Hotline’s fourth-quarter fundraising chart, featuring a side-by-side comparison of candidates in some of the most competitive races.

The races on the chart are organized by Cook Political Report’s House race ratings, but at the bottom we also included special elections, potentially competitive races, and districts that the DCCC has said it will target. For the most part, we only included candidates who raised at least $100,000 in the fourth quarter or had at least $100,000 in the bank.

Some of the highlights:

At least 44 incumbents were out raised by one or more challengers. A full list can be found here. Any district number highlighted in yellow in the chart below marks a race where an incumbent was outraised by a Democrat.

And at least 13 GOP members had less in cash on hand than one or more of their Democratic opponents: Reps. Dana Rohrabacher (CA-48), Tom McClintock (CA-04), Duncan Hunter (CA-50), Steve King (IA-04), Rob Pittenger (NC-09), Ted Budd (NC-13), John Faso (NY-19), Claudia Tenney (NY-22), Lloyd Smucker (PA-16), Ralph Norman (SC-05), John Culberson (TX-07), Tom Garrett (VA-05) and Glenn Grothman (WI-06).
