Sen. Dean Heller (R) raised $821,000 in the fourth quarter, ending the year with $4.2 million in cash on hand. (release)

Over that same period, Rep. Jacky Rosen (D-03) hauled in $1.6 million and reported $1.8 million in the bank.

ON THE AIR. Heller released a new one-minute TV ad spotlighting 2016 NV-03 nominee Danny Tarkanian’s (R) five failed campaigns. The spot features a man who wakes up several times to learn about Heller’s losses. “It will air on cable and broadcast television across the state.” (release)

MONEY MATTERS. Tarkanian is facing questions “about charity and political fundraising dating back to a 2012 campaign bid for Congress.” Tarkanian “apparently used funds originally borrowed from a charity to boost his campaign accounts.” (KLAS-TV)
