“Paul Mango, a West­ern Pennsylvania busi­ness­man and former para­troop­er in the Army’s 82nd Air­borne Di­vi­sion, is weigh­ing a cam­paign for the Re­pub­lic­an nom­in­a­tion for gov­ernor in 2018, ac­cord­ing to a well-con­nec­ted party op­er­at­ive in the state.
