“The state Democratic Party is presenting a state election panel with new information it believes will ensure that” test-prep executive Shawn O’Connor (I) “will not be on the ballot for the general election. O’Connor … labeled as a ‘frivolous attack’ the NHDP’s request for reconsideration of the state Ballot Law Commission’s decision last week to allow him to remain on the ballot. He said the party is desperate to keep him off.”

O’Connor insisted he is not a spoiler candidate, saying he will do more than “skim votes” from former Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D). (WMUR)
