TN-04: “A pre-primary disclosure form” from attorney Grant Starrett (R) “filed Saturday with the Federal Election Commission for July 1-15 showed he spent $190,000 on a TV and radio ad blitz and direct mail, and has spent $918,591 overall to date.” A separate form showed Starrett “loaned his campaign another $200,000.” (Chattanooga Times Free-Press)

DesJarlais “reported a July 15 balance of $249,627.” (Knoxville News-Sentinel)

TN-06: From July 1-15, Rep. Diane Black (R) raised $74,000, spent $186,000, ending the period with $710,000 in the bank. (FEC)

Over that time, former Senate candidate and state Rep. Joe Carr (R) raised $10,000 and spent $20,000, ending the period with $18,000 in the bank. (FEC)

TN-08: From July 1-15, state Sen. Brian Kelsey (R) raised $76,000 and spent $229,000, ending the period with $186,000 on hand. (FEC)

Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell (R) raised $16,000 and spent $102,000, ending the period with $188,000 on hand. (FEC)

Former U.S. Attorney David Kustoff (R) raised $74,000 and spent $277,000, ending the period with $189,000 on hand. (FEC)

Radiologist George Flinn (R) raised $45 and spent $554,000, ending the period with $1 million on hand. (FEC)
