Ready for Hillary, the super PAC hoping to draft former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to run for president, is hiring at least four regional directors, its executive director said at an event for the group Tuesday night.

The group has already hired one staffer to organize operations in the South, and is currently looking to hire at least three more organizers to cover the Northeast, the Midwest, and the Southwest, Adam Parkhomenko, who founded and runs the group, confirmed.

The staffers will work “on the ground training volunteers to help grow our grassroots army for 2016 and help Democratic efforts in 2014,” said Communication Director Seth Bringman.

While plans haven’t fully solidified, Parkhomenko said the staffers will be based in major cities in the four regions, with the group eyeing cities like Boston, Chicago, and Phoenix. Alternatively, they may divide the country into five regions and hire an extra director.

It would be the first staff hires for the group outside of the Washington, D.C. area, where the super PAC has offices just across the river from the capital, in Arlington, Virginia.

The event in Washington was to build support for a possible Clinton bid among Native American leaders. Ready for Hillary regularly holds events reaching out various consistencies, such as LGBT voters. Other upcoming events this month include a fundraiser in New York featuring Rep. Carolyn Maloney, and another in Ohio with Rep. Tim Ryan.
