Year-End Fundraising: McSally Hauled in Donations During Recourt

Most candidates report modest fundraising totals for the final period.

Can­did­ates filed year-end 2014 fun­drais­ing re­ports with the FEC on Sat­urday, show­ing their fun­drais­ing totals and total cash on hand from Nov. 25 to Dec. 31.

Be­low are the fun­drais­ing totals for can­did­ates — or po­ten­tial can­did­ates — in all the races the Cook Polit­ic­al Re­port con­siders toss-ups, lean Re­pub­lic­an, or lean Demo­crat­ic.

AZ-01: Rep. Ann Kirk­patrick (D) raised $18,943 and had $87,619 cash on hand.

AZ-02: Rep. Martha Mc­Sally (R) raised $147,708 and had $394,303 cash on hand.

CA-07: Rep. Ami Be­ra (D) raised $7,498 and had $152,506 cash on hand.

CA-10: Rep. Jeff Den­ham (D) raised $16,220 and had more than $1.1 mil­lion cash on hand.

CA-21: Rep. Dav­id Valadao (R) raised $25 and had $87,286 cash on hand.

CO-06: Rep. Mike Coff­man (R) raised $24,400 and had $11,812 cash on hand.

FL-02: Rep. Gwen Gra­ham (D) raised $5,524 and had $32,366 cash on hand.

FL-26: Rep. Car­los Cur­belo (R) raised $54,001 and had $10,280 cash on hand.

IA-01: Rep. Rod Blum (R) raised $11,173 and had $44,558 cash on hand. Ce­dar Falls Coun­cil­wo­man Mon­ica Ver­non (D) has an­nounced she will run, but did not have a cam­paign com­mit­tee open at the end of last year.

IA-03: Rep. Dav­id Young (R) raised $28,750 and had $19,702 cash on hand.

IL-10: Rep. Bob Dold (R) raised $250,328 and had $191,656 cash on hand. Former Rep. Brad Schneider (D), who has said he is con­sid­er­ing run­ning again, did not raise any money and re­por­ted hav­ing $2,467 cash on hand.

ME-02: Rep. Bruce Poli­quin (R) raised $16,880 and had $8,673 cash on hand. Former state Sen. Emily Cain (D), who has been re­cruited to run again, raised $728 and had $6,470 cash on hand.

MN-07: Rep. Col­lin Peterson (D) raised $100 and had $43,537.

MN-08: Rep. Rick No­lan (D) raised $2,645 and had $26,663.

NE-02: Rep. Brad Ash­ford (D) raised $69,619 and had $15,489 cash on hand.

NH-01: Rep. Frank Guinta (R) raised $17,225 and had $18,774 cash on hand. Former Rep. Car­ol Shea-Port­er (D), who has been men­tioned as a pos­sible comeback in 2016, raised $2,040 and had $19,296 cash on hand.

NJ-03: Rep. Tom Ma­cAr­thur (R) raised $15,314 and had $4,385 cash on hand.

NV-03: Rep. Joe Heck (R) raised $2,525 and had $736,868 cash on hand.

NV-04: Rep. Cresent Hardy (R) raised $36,000 and had $62,864 cash on hand. Rep. Steven Horsford (D), who has been rumored to be con­sid­er­ing a comeback, raised $9,230 and had $14,527 cash on hand.

NY-01: Rep. Lee Zeld­in (R) raised $59,440 and had $46,808 cash on hand.

NY-24: Rep. John Katko (R) raised $11,800 and had $13,018 cash on hand.

TX-23: Rep. Will Hurd (R) raised $59,092 and had $78,265 cash on hand. Rep. Pete Gal­lego (D), who has also been men­tioned as hav­ing a chance at a comeback, did not raise any money but had $28,865 cash on hand.

VA-04: Rep. Randy For­bes (R) raised $6,950 and had $539,432 cash on hand. (Hot­line re­port­ing)

"House Republican leaders are further delaying a vote on a compromise immigration bill, planning to make changes to the legislation for a vote next week. The news comes after a two-hour Republican Conference meeting Thursday, in which authors of the bill walked through its contents and members raised concerns about issues the bill doesn’t address, multiple GOP lawmakers said. Many members requested the addition of a provision to require employers to use the E-Verify database to cheek the legal status of their employees."

After a conservative-backed immigration bill failed in the House, 193-231, leaders "postponed a vote on a 'compromise' immigration proposal until Friday. ... GOP leaders, however, are under no impression that they'll be able to secure the 218 votes needed in the next 24 hours to pass the text. Rather, the delay is to give members more time to read the bill."
