After Hours of Voting, the Republican Senate Passed a Budget. Now the Real Work Begins.

It took until nearly 4 AM, but the vote-a-rama is over.

The sun begins to rise behind the dome of the US Capitol that is covered in scafollding for repairs, November 4, 2014 in Washington, DC. Today Americans will head to the polls to cast their vote in the mid-term elections leaving the control of the US Senate in question.
