A Public Policy Polling poll commissioned by End Citizens United (Jun. 25-26; 734 RVs; +/-3.6%) and shared exclusively with Hotline found Joe Biden ahead of President Trump and a close race among the top three candidates in the Senate special election. In the presidential race, Biden led Trump, 49%-45%.

In the Senate race, Rep. Doug Collins (R-09) led the field with 23%, followed by Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R) with 21%, and Rev. Raphael Warnock (D) with 20%. Entrepreneur Matt Lieberman (D) and former US Attorney Ed Tarver (D) trailed with 11% and 3%, respectively. In head-to-head matchups, Collins led Warnock, 43%-41%, and Warnock led Loeffler, 43%-40%.

ECU and Let America Vote President Tiffany Muller: "Despite lower name recognition than his opponents, Reverend Raphael Warnock is in a strong position to win this race. As his campaign diverts more resources to promote Warnock’s message and background, he’ll consolidate support from key voting groups in Georgia. These results spell trouble for Senator Loeffler and Rep. Collins.” (Hotline reporting)
