Sen. David Vitter, R-La., has placed a hold on the nomination of Elizabeth Robinson, who was appointed by President Obama to be undersecretary for management and performance at the Energy Department.

Vitter, reports Bloomberg’s Ari Natter, expressed concern that Robinson improperly used private emails during her time as NASA’s chief financial officer.
