Senate Majority PAC launched a TV ad over the weekend backed by a $466,000 buy that says state Attorney General Patrick Morrisey (R) “in Washington … got rich as a lobbyist for opioid distributors and as attorney general, he went easy on opioid companies.”

It quotes a 2016 CBS interview in which Morrisey said he did “some lobbying work” for pharmaceutical companies. (Hotline reporting)
