GA GOV: Former state Rep. Stacey Evans (D) “repeatedly tried to tie” former state House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams (D) “to the GOP in Tuesday’s first televised Democratic debate,” saying Abrams “‘ripped that program [the HOPE scholarship] to shreds” and “used Republican talking points” to limit the early voting period. Secretary of State Kris Kobach’s (R) team accidentally filed a draft version of a document for the case concerning Kansas’ voter registration law. “An all-caps note in the document declares a legal point is ‘PROBABLY NOT WORTH ARGUING.’ Another section was left blank. There is a declaration that ‘it has been illegal in Kansas to register to vote for years.’” A spokeswoman said “A corrected copy has since been filed.” (Topeka Capital-Journal)

OK GOV: Lt. Gov. Todd Lamb’s (R) daughter, Lauren Lamb, says in his latest TV ad that Lamb “still lives by the same values he learned in the Secret Service. Family means everything to him.” (Advertising Analytics)
