“Beginning a push to turn out Milwaukee voters in the fall,” Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D) was set to open a campaign office there Saturday.

“The move comes just days after Baldwin began television advertising in the Milwaukee and Green Bay markets, likely to be important battlegrounds in the fall. … Baldwin's campaign team is trying to reverse the turnout slump that hit Democrats in Milwaukee during the 2016 presidential race. In 2016, Hillary Clinton received about 43,000 fewer votes in Milwaukee County than Barack Obama did in 2012.” (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel)
