Former Senate candidate Jim Gray (D) “failed to file a disclosure form in his campaign for Congress that tells the public how much he makes and what he owns,” which federal candidates are required to do “within 30 days of collecting or spending $5,000. Gray hit that threshold on December 5.”

Gray campaign manager Jamie Emmons: “It was an honest oversight on the deadline and we’re going to file it as soon as we can.”

Kentucky GOP spokesman Tres Watson said Gray “failed the first test of transparency he faced.” (Lexington Herald Leader)
