The DGA-backed America Works USA is running two TV ads supporting Gov. Tom Wolf (D). One features Wolf’s effort to “expand home- and community-based, long-term services for seniors.”

The other says former Gov. Tom Corbett (R), whom Wolf unseated in 2014, “and Harrisburg Republicans cut nearly $1 billion from our schools. But Gov. Tom Wolf is taking us in a new direction. … Wolf restored Corbett’s education cuts because good schools attract good jobs.” (Harrisburg Patriot News)

The current buy extends from Nov. 8 through Dec. 12.

“All the declared candidates running for governor next year are planning to” attend the Pennsylvania Society’s unofficial campaign kickoff in New York City. That includes “Wolf for the first time since he was sworn in as chief executive.” Vice President Mike Pence is a featured speaker. (Harrisburg Patriot-News)
