Hubbell Hires Anzalone, Senior Campaign Staff

The Democrat is spending at least six figures on his first ad.

Former interim economic development chief Fred Hubbell (D) has hired senior staff for his campaign.

Michelle Gajewski is his campaign manager after performing the same job for 2016 IA-01 nominee Monica Vernon (D).

Former state House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (D) is his political director.

Anzalone Liszt Grove Research is doing polling.

Remi Yamamoto is his communications director after working on media relations for former Rep. Tom Perriello’s (D-VA) governor bid this year. (Hotline reporting)
