"There is little doubt that Demo­crats will add seats this year. The ques­tion is how close they can get to eras­ing the Re­pub­lic­ans’ 30-seat ad­vant­age.

This is Hot­line’s rank­ing of the 15 dis­tricts most likely to flip party con­trol, though many more could change hands as well. The top four races are the dir­ect res­ult of re­dis­trict­ing, rather than any Demo­crat­ic or Re­pub­lic­an ef­forts, and saw no change since our last rank­ings in March. The se­lec­tions be­come far more flu­id farther down the list."

The 15 districts, ranked in order of most likely to change hands: FL-02; VA-04; FL-10; FL-13; NH-01; IA-01; IL-10; MN-02; NV-04; FL-26; ME-02; TX-23; NV-03; NY-24; and FL-18. (Hotline reporting)
