Men out­num­ber wo­men in every sec­tor, and tend to be the most highly paid in each, too. That gi­ant dot? That’s Ro­ger Goodell of the Na­tion­al Foot­ball League, with a whop­ping total of $44.1 mil­lion in earn­ings — nearly nine times the com­pens­a­tion of the U.S. Cham­ber of Com­merce’s Thomas J.
