“Rep. Alan Grayson’s (D-09) latest financial disclosure continues to report he has no ethical conflicts with three hedge funds that are the subject of complaints against him. “¦ The 36-page form “¦ lists scores of investments and financial dealings, and establishes his personal wealth in 2014 at somewhere between $13 million and $105 million.”

“Grayson faces ethics complaints filed this summer because of details in his previous financial disclosure, which listed his involvement with the Grayson Fund (Cayman) Ltd. and the Grayson Master Fund LP. On both the 2013 form and the new one he lists himself as a director for both, but lists no income or stock. In another called the Grayson Fund, he did list equity of between $15,000 and $50,000 but did not report having a management responsibility there.”

“Grayson said he filled” the forms out himself, and noted at the time, “I’m a lawyer. “¦There weren’t any mistakes.” His “campaign was asked Tuesday about the status of his association with four other companies listed in 2013, but not in the new report,” to which a spokesman responded: “Rep. Grayson has not ended his association with those companies. If they have been accidentally omitted from the 2014 form, we will file an amendment as soon as possible.” (Orlando Sentinel)

DIGITAL: Grayson released a second web ad Wednesday, in which he says he has “written more bills, passed more amendments on the floor of the House, and enacted more of [his] bills into law than any other member of the House.” (release)
