Congress Finally Gets A Break … From Doing Nothing

As the sum­mer re­cess ap­proached, Con­gress had to get its act to­geth­er and pass le­gis­la­tion on im­port­ant is­sues. So, what im­port­ant is­sue was the first to get tackled? Noth­ing is as im­port­ant as su­ing the pres­id­ent, it seems.

Plus: Pres­id­ent Obama seems open to the idea of re­pla­cing some of the men on Amer­ic­an cur­rency with wo­men. But Steph­en Col­bert is wor­ried about the eco­nom­ic im­pact of such a move. After all, we don’t want our dol­lars to only be worth 77 cents.
