The non-partisan group Center Forward is running ads on behalf of Sens. Mark Pryor (D-AR), Kay Hagan (D-NC) and Joe Donnelly (D-IN), as well as three house candidates, for a total buy worth more than $738,000. Hagan and Pryor’s ads commend their bipartisan efforts and thank them for working across the aisle to pass a budget bill. (Hotline reporting)

OUTSIDE MONEY: The campaign finance accountability group CounterPAC is running TV ads in Alaska and Georgia asking candidates to call for a “no dark money” pledge. The ads feature a skydiver looking out from a plane, who says “sometimes, taking the first step can be scary.”

“There’s a simple step our candidates here in (Alaska/Georgia) can take to start getting secret money out of politics,” the narrator says. It then asks voters to call both candidates and ask them to sign the super PAC’s pledge, rejecting all secret money spent on their behalf. “Because if we don’t take steps to get secret money out of campaigns, our Democracy is headed for a really hard landing.” (release)
