HOUSE MAJORITY PAC SHIFTS FROM NJ-03 TO NJ-01. House Majority PAC is moving its advertising buy from retiring Rep. Jon Runyan’s (R-NJ 03) seat to former Rep. Rob Andrews’s (D-NJ 01) open seat. Burlington County Freeholder Aimee Belgard (D) was seen as a contender to pick up a Republican-held seat in the 3rd district but seems to have fallen behind former Randolph Mayor Tom MacArthur (R). State Sen. Donald Norcross (D) has been considered a heavy favorite to win Andrews’s seat. (Philadelphia Inquirer)
