Rep. Frank Lo­Bi­ondo (R-02) “has ably served the Second Dis­trict for nearly 20 years and de­serves reelec­tion,” the Phil­adelphia In­quirer wrote. Ran­dolph May­or Tom Ma­cAr­thur (R-03) and state Sen. Don­ald Nor­cross (D-01) also earned the pa­per’s en­dorse­ment. (Phil­adelphia In­quirer)

BAL­LOT BATTLE. Re­pub­lic­ans are chal­len­ging 600 Demo­crat­ic bal­lots from the 3rd Dis­trict, say­ing Demo­crats failed to fill out the “as­sist­or” por­tion used to de­note they helped voters.
