Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) “will await the outcome of criminal corruption charges against Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) before deciding whether to keep $10,000 he received from” Menendez’s New Millennium PAC in 2011. Tester will donate to charity if Menendez is convicted.

Some Democratic senators have decided to return the money they received from Menendez’s PAC and the Montana Republican Party is putting pressure on Tester to also return it “immediately.” (USA Today)
