The Do-Nothing Congress Sets a Record

The 113th Congress is making it into the Guinness Book of World Records -- mostly because it can't do anything else. With only 55 pieces of legislation passed this year, the Hill has been at its most unproductive.

Plus, Obamacare will fail if millenials don't sign up. So what can the administration change to ensure the young invincibles enroll? Conan O'Brien has a marijuana-related answer.

And in today's financial news: corporations are still people. They just happen to be less law-abiding than the rest of us.
