Obama Isn't Going to Wait for Congress

In the days leading up to the President's State of the Union address, senior White House adviser Dan Pfeiffer wants everyone to know that Obama intends to use the power of 'his pen and his phone' to move legislation forward. Waiting for Congress is no longer an option, according to Pfeiffer.
