Romney Challenges Perry to a $10,000 Bet

Mitt Romney bets Rick Perry $10,000 that his book states he was against the individual mandate.
Defending the bet, Romney adviser Stu Stevens told CBS News/National Journal's Sarah B. Boxer that the bet was "a very human thing to do to get someone to shut up when they're not telling the truth.”
