Following his keynote remarks, Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) was joined onstage by Ron Brownstein, editorial director, Atlantic Media and Ray Suarez, host, "Inside Story," Al Jazeera America for a two-on-one moderated interview. (Kristoffer Tripplaar)

Event underwriter Wells Fargo exclusively produced one portion of the event entitled "Making Small Business Work: Lessons Learned from the Community."** Georgette Dixon, senior vice president, director of National Partnerships, Government and Community Relations, Wells Fargo & Company moderated the discussion that featured (from left to right): Cy Richardson of the National Urban League and Javier Palomarez of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.    **Please note, this portion of the program was exclusively produced by Wells Fargo. The event also featured a second experts panel entitled "Creating Opportunities for Minority Small Business Owners" that was moderated by National Journal's Janell Ross and Amy Sullivan.
