That was the case again Tuesday during oral arguments for Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby, the ruling from which could change the Obama administration's contraception mandate. Hobby Lobby and other companies argue that small, family-run companies should be able to opt out of providing contraception coverage to its employees because of religious beliefs.
