Obamacare Anecdotes Are the GOP's Next Political Tactic

The memo distributed to House Republicans is part of an organized attack against the president's health law.

House Republicans received a memo this week outlining the party's strategy on the Affordable Care Act.

"Continue Collecting Constituent Stories" the memo, obtained by The New York Times, reads. The party is working to use negative anecdotes about Americans' experiences with Obamacare to take down the president's signature legislative achievement.

If the stories paint a misleading picture about the law on the precipice of its implementation, the GOP stands to benefit in the 2014 elections.
