Senate Democratic leaders met on Thursday with representatives of the Obama administration leading the website fixes to express their frustration over the health care law's implementation, The New York Times reports.

The meeting follows efforts led by Sens. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., to delay the enrollment period and the individual mandate requiring uninsured Americans to purchase coverage by March 31.

Obama administration officials struggled to quell Democrats' fears, The New York Times said, but vowed to do better in the messaging war against the GOP.
