Hatch, Baucus Spar Over Impact of Repealing Oil, Gas Industry Tax Breaks

At a hearing on Tuesday, Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, and Senate Finance Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., disagreed over whether repealing tax breaks to the oil and gas industries would help to reduce the deficit.
