Boehner: Raising Taxes Not an Option

House Speaker John Boehner addresses reporters Wednesday in the hours leading up to President Obama's speech unveiling his deficit-reduction strategy.

"We've got to take meaningful steps toward solving our long-term debt problem if in fact we're going to find the votes to increase the debt ceiling," Boehner told reporters. "Raising taxes will not be part of that."
