State Sen. Bry­an Town­send (D) and state Rep. Bry­on Short (D) spoke about a cam­paign-fin­ance re­form meas­ure they sponsored in the state le­gis­lature at the monthly meet­ing of the Pro­gress­ive Demo­crats for Delaware. Both are run­ning for Delaware’s open con­gres­sion­al seat. The res­ol­u­tion calls for a con­sti­tu­tion­al con­ven­tion to over­turn the U.S. Su­preme Court’s rul­ing on Cit­izens United. (Wilm­ing­ton News-Journ­al)
