“Two more top Delaware Demo­crats are en­dors­ing” former Sec­ret­ary of State Hil­lary Clin­ton (D) “for pres­id­ent after Vice Pres­id­ent Joe Biden (D) bowed out of a 2016 cam­paign last week.” Rep. John Car­ney (D-at large) and Sen.
