David Anderson (D), senior vice president of state relations at the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, is the only Democratic candidate who said he does not support the Iran deal. Anderson is one of six candidates running for the Democratic nomination for Rep. Chris Van Hollen’s (D) seat.

Anderson: “Unfortunately, the deal that they arrived at gives too much away all at once and without any safeguards to protect the United States and our closest ally in the Middle East, Israel.” (Bethesda Magazine)
