NRCC Names 2020 Executive Director

Parker Hamilton Poling, a top aide to Patrick McHenry, will assume the post.

The NRCC announced Thursday that Parker Hamilton Poling will serve as its new executive director. Hamilton most recently served as chief of staff to Chief Deputy Whip Patrick McHenry (NC-10). (release)

“A New York native, Poling started in politics with the College Republicans while attending Brown University as an undergraduate. Poling then obtained a law degree from George Washington University. In 2002, Poling began working as an intern in the White House media affairs office, later being hired as a full-time staffer. In April 2003, Poling took her first job on Capitol Hill when she was hired by the House Education and Workforce Committee. Poling left the panel at the end of 2003, followed by stints at the Leadership Institute and Federal Election Commission.” In 2007, she joined McHenry’s office as chief of staff. (Politico)
