State Sen. Troy Balderson’s (R) latest ad links Franklin County Recorder Danny O’Connor (D) to former Gov. Ted Strickland (D) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D), who “left Ohio broke and Ohioans unemployed.” Meanwhile, Balderson helped create a half-million new jobs and lower taxes, a narrator says in the 30-second spot, which will run on broadcast and cable.
