Marilyn Tavenner, head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, has a response for the House Ways and Means Committee chairman who subpoenaed her: Wait.

Rep. Dave Camp, R-Mich., had subpoenaed her this week for data on Obamacare enrollments, asking for the information by Friday. In a letter dated today, she responded that they are “actively working to coordinate and reconcile enrollment-related information from different sources and collect data from states.”

She adds that “this process takes time and we do not want to provide inaccurate data,” and that they will provide the committee information next week.

That’s a repeat of what Tavenner said Tuesday — that the numbers would be released next week.
