Pannill Fletcher Winning Cash Race in TX-07 Runoff

In TX-32, Colin Allred outspent and had more cash on hand than Lillian Salerno.

Pre-runoff reports were due Thursday night ahead of Texas’s May 22 contests.

The top lines: Trial attorney Lizzie Pannill Fletcher (D) outraised and ended with $280,000 more in the bank than activist Laura Moser (D) in the race to face Rep. John Culberson (R-07). And in the race against Rep. Pete Sessions (R-32), former NFL player Colin Allred (R) outspend Former Agriculture Department appointee Lillian Salerno (D) and ended with $100,000 more cash on hand.
