Poll: McCaskill 45, Hawley 44

Nearly half of voters don’t yet have an opinion on Hawley.

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D) led state Attorney General Josh Hawley (R) 45-44 percent in a Public Policy Polling (D) poll (Jan. 8-9, 965 RV, +/- 3.2%), with 11 percent undecided.

McCaskill’s favorable rating was split 44-44 percent, while 45 percent of voters were unsure of their feelings about Hawley, who was elected in 2016. President Trump had a 48 percent approval rating. (release)
