The Missouri Democratic Party launched a website that attacks state Attorney General Josh Hawley (R) for not holding a public campaign event since he announced his candidacy last year. The website, called “Hiding Hawley,” accuses Hawley of “running to represent his high-dollar donors and special interest friends, not hard-working Missourians.” (release)

Hawley is considered the favorite to face Sen. Claire McCaskill (D).
