Greenwich Democratic Town Supervisor Sara Idleman (D) joined the crowded field to face Rep. Elise Stefanik (R) last week. She “has been Greenwich’s town supervisor for eight years and was re-elected for two more years, she said. Additionally, she serves on the Washington County Board of Supervisors and as chairwoman for the Community College Committee.” (Glens Falls Post Star)

Other contenders in the race: environmental attorney Don Boyajian (D), former St. Lawrence County Legislator Tedra Cobb (D), and Adirondack North Country Association Deputy Director Emily Martz (D).
