NO COMMENT. Gov. Bruce Rauner (R) “on Tuesday declined to explain why he told staff members during a late August conference call to ignore ‘rumors’ that his general counsel [Dennis Murashko] would be leaving, only to announce the key staffer’s departure hours later.” (Chicago Tribune)
