The American Democracy Legal Fund “has asked the Office of Congressional Ethics to look into Rep. Duncan Hunter’s (R) ‘endorsement of private vaping products in blatant disregard of the House Ethics Rules,’” arguing he “is too close to the vaping and electronic cigarette industries.” Hunter’s team called the attack “baseless.” (San Diego Union-Tribune)

Hunter’s district backed President Trump by 15 points in 2016, but Democrats are targeting him this cycle.
