Businessman John Cox (R) described U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick’s decision to block President Trump’s executive order against sanctuary cities as political, “pointing out that bundled $200,000 for former President Barack Obama and has a history … of ruling in favor of left-wing positions.” He also dismissed Lt.
