Rep. Bill Shuster (R) said he will run again in 2018, although it is his last term as Transportation chairman. (Roll Call)

Shuster, who narrowly beat back a primary challenge in 2016 from Art Halvorson, faces Marine veteran Benjamin Hornberger this year in the GOP primary. His district leans heavily Republican.
